They are expected to greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and handle food safety procedures and cash handling. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and basic math skills, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods, and have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is required. **Line 3-4 Cook:** This is another on-site position. The Line 3-4 Cook prepares and keeps grilled and heated food products fresh and at the proper temperature. They maintain cleanliness and are responsible for product quality, portion control, speed, and efficiency. They communicate with the back-of-house (BOH) team, follow safety and security policies, and maintain proper food temperatures. Restaurant experience is required, and previous kitchen experience is preferred. They must also have language and math skills. This role reports to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and/or Shift Leader. The roles require skills in multiple technologies. Some of these technologies include: Food Preparation, Cooking, Cleanliness, Teamwork, Communication, Time Management, Inventory Control, Portion Control, Recipe Following, Safety Compliance, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Mathematical Skills, Personal Hygiene, and Stress Management. All three listed positions require on-site presence.
