This retirement community provides services for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. Located on 52 acres in Sun City, Arizona, ROYAL OAKS serves over 1400 meals daily across 10 dining rooms and caters over 100 on-campus events annually. ROYAL OAKS is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following on-site positions: * **Sous Chef with Managerial Experience:** This position offers a salary between $56,160 - $68,161 USD annually. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, from 10 am until closing (dining rooms close at 7 pm, 8 pm, or 9 pm). The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing a staff of cooks and/or dishwashers and assisting in interviewing potential candidates. This role involves culinary skills and the ability to cook independently in several smaller kitchens, as well as working on the line in larger kitchens. * **Cook 2:** This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $19.52 to $23.00 USD and features a $2500 sign-on bonus. The work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 10:45 am - 7:15 pm. Candidates must have at least two years’ experience working in a high-volume restaurant, excluding fast-food restaurants. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of food items. * **Administrative Assistant - Front Desk:** This part-time position offers an hourly rate starting at $17.26 USD. The schedule is Wednesday-Saturday, with Wednesday-Friday hours from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and Saturday hours from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support, including answering phones, directing calls, and assisting guests.
