All positions are on-site. 1. **Infrastructure - Senior Preconstruction Project Manager:** This role involves providing overall leadership and strategic oversight of the preconstruction phase for multiple, complex construction projects. Responsibilities include leading preconstruction teams, collaborating with clients and design partners, and driving value through process improvement, cost analysis, and risk management. Preferred qualifications include 8 or more years of progressive experience in construction with significant responsibility in preconstruction, estimating, or project controls, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2. **Infrastructure - Project Engineer:** The Project Engineer provides administrative and technical support across scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration. This role supports project execution, documentation, coordination, and closeout activities. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within the construction industry. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required. 3. **Infrastructure - Preconstruction Estimator I:** This role supports the planning, analysis, and development of construction estimates during the preconstruction phase of projects. The Estimator I works closely with Senior Estimators, Preconstruction Managers, and project stakeholders to assist with quantity takeoffs, scope analysis, cost modeling, and bid preparation. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience or coursework is required. The position prefers 0–2 years of experience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, or a related role; internships or co-op experience are a plus.
