Responsibilities include conducting home tours, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and ensuring properties meet brand standards. This role requires an Active State Real Estate License for the State of Residence and 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience. * **Portfolio Manager:** This is also a field-based role that involves overseeing property and team management functions in a designated market. Responsibilities include team management, business management, and maximizing revenue. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager and an active real estate license in the state of placement are required. * **Legal Intern:** The Legal Intern will provide advanced legal, compliance, and insurance support on a part-time basis during the school year and full-time between semesters. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and explaining contractual documents, assisting in litigation management, and advising operations teams. This position is open to 1L and 2L students, with a preference for 2Ls. Resicap Payroll, LLC utilizes various technologies across its different roles. These include: * **On Site Property Manager (Lease-Up):** Customer Service, Leasing, Property Management, Real Estate License, Organization, Multitasking, Communication, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM Systems, Detail-Oriented, Problem Solving, Market Analysis, Compliance, Team Management, and Relationship Building. * **Portfolio Manager:** Property Management, Team Management, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Financial Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Organizational Skills, Resident Experience, Technology Proficiency, Landlord/Tenant Laws, Problem Solving, Training, Motivation, and Networking. * **Legal Intern:** Legal Support, Compliance, Insurance Support, Contract Drafting, Contract Review, Litigation Management, Insurance Coverage, Risk Transfer, Legal Advising, Corporate Governance, Risk Assessment, Real Estate Law, Property Management Law, and Construction Law.
