A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager and an active real estate license in the state of placement are required. * **Legal Intern:** The Legal Intern will provide advanced legal, compliance, and insurance support on a part-time basis during the school year and full-time between semesters. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and explaining contractual documents, assisting in litigation management, and advising operations teams.
