Key responsibilities include managing the EVS team, creating schedules, training employees, managing budgets, and overseeing maintenance and repair projects. A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required. Four year Maintenance Apprenticeship Program, Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent education and experience is preferred. Five years Supervisory experience is required. Ten or more years’ experience in maintenance field in multi-use commercial buildings of 50,000 SF or more is preferred. * **HUB Associate:** Reporting to the HUB Operations Manager, the HUB Associate provides guest services. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting guests with bowling and arcade games, maintaining cleanliness, and answering guest inquiries. Candidates must be at least 16 years old. A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred.
