The ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally is also needed. * **Warehouse Representative:** This on-site position focuses on handling flooring material needs within the warehouse. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm, with some Saturdays depending on business needs. The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. The role requires the ability to operate vehicles and mechanized devices, strong communication skills in English (with bilingual Spanish being a plus), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a team environment. * **Operations Manager:** This full-time, exempt on-site position reports to the Branch Manager and is located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Operations Manager manages and coordinates warehouse operations and installations, overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and subcontractor coordination. Key duties include leading the warehouse team, managing daily load-outs for subcontractors, ensuring timely order completion, maintaining inventory, ordering materials, conducting audits and inspections, investigating customer complaints, enforcing safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse layout. The Operations Manager will supervise two or more employees and is responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Warehouse Department. This role requires excellent communication and client service skills, advanced reasoning/challenge-solving ability, detail orientation, and strong team-building skills. A Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or five years of industry and leadership/management experience, is required.
