The salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 USD. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in the company's accounting and financial operations, reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance. Key responsibilities include overseeing the month-end close process, reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations, preparing R&D contract accruals, performing analytical reviews, supporting the annual financial statement audit, executing and maintaining internal controls, helping prepare filings, assisting with the purchase-to-pay process, coordinating process improvement initiatives, and providing guidance to staff. The position requires 5-7 years of related work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required. Experience in the Life Science industry and with NetSuite or Coupa are preferred. * **Senior Manager, Quality Assurance:** This role offers a hybrid remote policy with a salary range of $165,000 - $185,000 USD. The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance will be a key member of the Quality team, leading quality assurance activities across quality systems and GMP-focused operations to support the advancement of global Phase 3 clinical trials for RAP-219 and other assigned programs. This position will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities include supporting quality oversight, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting inspection readiness activities, supporting quality oversight of external vendors, and applying quality risk–based thinking. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline and 8+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role with a focus on GMP QA and/or quality systems. Experience in QA environments for both early-phase and late-phase clinical programs is required.
