Rakon France is currently hiring for three open positions. **Ingénieur Résonateur (F/H):** This on-site role in Gennevilliers involves working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment specializing in high-performance electronics dedicated to spatial applications. Responsibilities include contract review, margin and price control, client account management in SAP, price list updates, order entry, shipment and invoicing execution, customer dispute and return management, payment follow-up, purchase forecasting, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bac +2 to Bac +3 education in international commerce, logistics, or management and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service, ADV, or back-office function. Excellent proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite is also required. Professional English skills are also essential. Skills needed include customer service, proactivity, attention to detail, team coordination, and problem-solving. The Ingénieur Résonateur (F/H) positions require skills in programming, project management, and problem-solving. The assistant service client (F/H) role requires experience with SAP.
