Responsibilities include implementing FPGA firmware and embedded software on new digital and RF architectures for RADAR’s next-generation RFID sensor. Key tasks involve guiding the development of the RFID radio prototyping platform hardware, adapting existing FPGA and software designs, and optimizing the RFID radio's performance. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000 USD. * **Senior Antenna Engineer:** This is an on-site position. The Senior Antenna Engineer will lead the design, development, and evaluation of next-generation RFID sensor antennas. This includes the full development lifecycle from initial simulation-first modeling to hands-on validation. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000 USD. * **Software Platform Technical Program Manager:** This hybrid position involves leading the development, delivery, and ongoing operations of fleetwide RFID solutions to retailers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development and test with strong program management skills. The salary range is $130,000 - $190,000 USD. What are the essential requirements for the Senior Antenna Engineer role?** You need a BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 10+ years of relevant industry experience in antenna design and RF systems, strong background in electromagnetics and antenna theory, proven expertise with full-wave electromagnetic simulation tools, direct experience designing and evaluating multi-element antenna arrays, experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating commercial antenna products, hands-on experience with Vector Network Analyzers and antenna calibration procedures in anechoic chambers, a strong focus on verification and validation with expertise in applying rigorous test methodologies to both simulated and measured RF data, experience correlating system-level performance with physical antenna characteristics, experience leveraging cloud computing platforms, a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial wireless products, and strong communication skills. **5. What project management methodologies are used at RADAR?** The Software Platform Technical Program Manager position requires proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, and Scrum. **6.
