Quindar has three open positions: **1. Information Security System Officer:** This on-site role involves establishing and maintaining information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems. Required experience includes 5+ years in information security, specifically with Space AO and DCSA. An IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Sec+ or Comparable) or preferred IAT Level III (CISSP, CISM, or Comparable) is required. **2. Contracts Manager, US Gov:** This on-site position focuses on managing government contracts throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing government contracts, supporting Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, MOUs, and issuing RFPs, supporting preparation of contract proposals, negotiating contract terms and modifications, reviewing contracts, maintaining audit files, providing summaries of contract status, leading contract close-out activities, supporting subcontracts, providing contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies, and collaborating with relevant teams. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle contract management under FAR/DFARS is required, along with experience managing multiple contract types. **3. Backend Engineer:** This on-site position involves developing ground satellite operations software using Python and AWS services. Responsibilities include developing APIs, integrating with AWS services, implementing new features, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates need proficiency in Python, GraphQL, Docker, and Terraform (or relevant Infrastructure-as-Code tools). Candidates must have 3+ years professional experience in backend development, full stack development or other related role and must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field). U.S. Person status is required, and the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance is necessary. The technology stack for the Information Security System Officer includes Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Incident Response, Security Training, System Security Plans, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement. The Contracts Manager position involves Contract Management, Negotiation, Compliance, Risk Mitigation, Communication, and Government Contracts.
