Field Service Engineers will experience new cities and work directly with customers across North America. They will be away from home while working. Employees will partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate their systems on-site. Key responsibilities include supporting data center startups, performing on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks. They will also lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in industries like food and beverage. Engineers will provide clear communication and updates to customers and project teams to keep progress smooth and accurate. Travel rotations follow schedules of 5 on - 2 off, 10 on – 4 off, or 14 on – 7 off. The technology stack includes: Electrical Systems, Programming, Communication Networking, Problem Solving, Adaptability, Teamwork, Mechanical Checks, Control Checks, Customer Communication, Troubleshooting, Testing, Validation, Grit, and Project Management. The Field Service Engineer positions are remote. This means employees will work with customers on-site, which will require a genuine love of travel and an understanding of travel logistics. **1. What kind of training is provided for this role?** ProAutomated Inc. provides a four-week paid training program to prepare technically skilled individuals for the field. **2. What are the requirements for this role?** Requirements include a genuine love of travel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptability and grit, and the ability to work in varied environments. Candidates must live within 50 miles of a major airport and possess a personal vehicle within 45 days of employment for local projects. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience (3+ years) in a related field such as electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering is also required. **3.
