The position is entry-level and provides training. * **Surveillance Agent:** This on-site role is located in San Antonio, Texas. The Surveillance Agent detects and deters crime in accordance with customer guidelines. The role requires working overnight and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. The role requires the ability to be observant, have a high level of concentration, and be focused while watching multiple screens. The base rate starts at $14.50 with a differential for overnight and weekend hours. * **Territory Manager- Mobile:** This remote position is a high-impact sales role. The Territory Manager-Mobile will be responsible for generating profitable revenue by sourcing new customers and growing existing accounts. The Territory Manager will need to create and execute a proactive sales plan and cultivate relationships with target accounts. The roles at Pro-Vigil utilize various technologies and skills: * **Field Service Coordinator:** Requires experience with workforce management systems, software platforms, and desktop computer hardware and software. Requires organizational skills, administrative skills, and communication skills. * **Surveillance Agent:** Experience using a Windows PC and/or Google Suite. Requires the ability to use computers, multi-task, customer service, and teamwork. * **Territory Manager-Mobile:** Requires proficiency with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, and other prospecting intelligence resources. Requires the use of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing) principles to assess leads. The work arrangements for the open positions vary: * **Field Service Coordinator:** This position is on-site. * **Surveillance Agent:** This position is on-site and involves working in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to sit for up to 8-10 hours with breaks. * **Territory Manager-Mobile:** This is a remote role involving frequent travel to customer and prospect locations. 1. **What are the work hours for the Surveillance Agent position?** The Surveillance Agent role requires evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Daytime hours are only available on the weekends.
