The ideal candidate will have high energy, an action-oriented mindset, experience with cold calling, and strong commercial awareness. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) based at their HQ in Henham, Bishop’s Stortford, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. The total package is circa £38,000 OTE (Full-Time Equivalent), pro-rata for part-time hours. * **Accounts Receivable Clerk:** This hybrid role involves keeping the order-to-cash cycle running smoothly. Responsibilities include generating invoices, posting receipts, performing reconciliations, and supporting credit control activities. The role requires a solid understanding of finance and Accounts Receivable processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position is office-based from the HQ in Henham, with the ability to work 1 day a week from home. * **HR Business Partner (6-Month Contract):** This hybrid, 6-month fixed-term contract role will provide end-to-end HR support. Responsibilities include providing strategic HR support, managing employee relations, ensuring policy compliance, and contributing to HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and be CIPD qualified. The role is based at the HQ in Henham, with the ability to work 1 day a week from home. Planteria Group utilizes various technologies within their operations. The Business Development Executive role utilizes technologies such as Business Development, Outbound Prospecting, Cold Calling, Communication Skills, Relationship Building, Commercial Awareness, Initiative, Positive Attitude, Resilience, Team Collaboration, Client Engagement, Appointment Booking, Sales Support, Networking, Organizational Skills, and Time Management. The Accounts Receivable Clerk role requires experience with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, Customer Service, Problem Solving, ERP Systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Google Sheets, Data Integration, Process Improvement, Credit Control, Invoicing, Reconciliation, and Communication Skills. The HR Business Partner role uses HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Policy Compliance, Organisational Change, CIPD Qualified, UK Employment Law, HRIS, Coaching, Analytical Skills, and Data-Driven Solutions. Planteria Group offers a hybrid work environment for all three open positions. The Business Development Executive and HR Business Partner roles have the flexibility to work from home one day a week.
