The total package is circa £38,000 OTE (Full-Time Equivalent), pro-rata for part-time hours. * **Accounts Receivable Clerk:** This hybrid role involves keeping the order-to-cash cycle running smoothly. Responsibilities include generating invoices, posting receipts, performing reconciliations, and supporting credit control activities. The role requires a solid understanding of finance and Accounts Receivable processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position is office-based from the HQ in Henham, with the ability to work 1 day a week from home. * **HR Business Partner (6-Month Contract):** This hybrid, 6-month fixed-term contract role will provide end-to-end HR support. Responsibilities include providing strategic HR support, managing employee relations, ensuring policy compliance, and contributing to HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and be CIPD qualified.
