The open positions are: * **Quality Control Coordinator - Construction:** This field-based role focuses on verifying work in place, coordinating inspections, and managing turnover documentation to ensure work complies with project requirements. Responsibilities include inspecting work, maintaining inspection records, coordinating inspections, maintaining quality documentation, ensuring approvals, assembling turnover packages, identifying deficiencies, documenting corrective actions, capturing photo documentation, communicating with project teams, and maintaining quality records. Preferred qualifications include experience on large projects, OSHA Site Safety experience (OSHA 30 preferred), experience managing turnover packages, and a degree or equivalent construction experience. * **Senior Project Manager - Construction:** The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage project teams to build successful projects, with full P+L responsibility for cost control. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, and maintaining quality. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture, 10+ years of construction experience, and Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience. * **Quality Control Coordinator - Construction:** This is the same position as the first Quality Control Coordinator position.
