Those applying should have deep intuition for modern models and training and should be interested in search, recommendations, and transformer-based systems. A strong academic foundation is required. The third role is for a Recruiter. This person will be the first internal recruiter and will shape the hiring process and systems. The Recruiter will build a talent brand and hire the team. The role focuses on understanding the company’s culture and product needs to find the right talent. The ideal candidate will love the "blank canvas" stage of a startup.
