CRM Software Engineer:** This on-site role involves designing and implementing new systems and features, as well as modifying and maintaining existing systems. Associate, Global Insurance Solutions:** This on-site role focuses on structuring and modeling new insurance products/solutions and project management of new insurance products. Candidates need 5+ years of financial services experience, ideally investment management focused. Required experience includes knowledge of the insurance landscape and investors, building cashflow models for structured insurance solutions, developing new products, understanding rating agency methodologies, and understanding insurance regulatory regimes. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are also necessary. Desirable experience includes private markets strategies, private debt, and legal knowledge. **3. Associate, Business Analyst - Ops Platform:** This hybrid role offers an opportunity to join Pantheon's Change team. The successful candidate will work on operational platform enhancements. They will need experience working with private markets processes, systems, and data, along with experience with eFront Invest or equivalent. Key responsibilities include developing a clear understanding of projects, gathering and documenting requirements, and working with stakeholders to verify and validate requirements. A strong track record of project delivery is expected. A minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services sector is required. Knowledge of investment management and related systems, experience with business process flows, the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and project management skills are also needed. Experience with Waterfall and Agile Scrum project life cycles and backlog management in Azure DevOps or Jira is required. Business Analysis qualification and certifications are desirable.
