PagerDuty has three open positions currently available: This role is a hybrid position with a salary range between $110,000 - $166,000 USD. Responsibilities include partnering with Engineering, Product, and G&A business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies, sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates, and guiding candidates and hiring teams through the interview process. Basic qualifications include 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, a proven ability to assess candidates for grit and resilience, and strong relationship-building skills. Preferred qualifications include experience sourcing global talent pools, passion for industry trends, experience with Greenhouse ATS, and experience using AI tools. This role is expected to come into the San Francisco office at least twice per week. This hybrid position has a salary range of $164,000 - $276,000 USD. The Sr. Manager will manage and support PagerDuty's financial systems and applications, overseeing Order to Cash/Order to Revenue, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. The role will involve partnering with teams across Revenue, GL Accounting, Tax & Treasury, Procurement, FP&A, and Operations. Basic qualifications include 3+ years of people management experience in IT, Finance Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of hands-on experience with financial ERP systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and Coupa software. This role is expected to come into the Atlanta, San Francisco, or Toronto office 2–3 times per week, specifically the San Francisco office 2 days per week. This is a hybrid position. The Strategic Alliances Director will lead the partnership strategy, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the joint Go-To-Market strategy, delivering on key financial goals, and partnering with PagerDuty’s Sales organization. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of experience in the IT or enterprise software/SaaS industry, and a proven track record in developing and executing partner and alliance go-to-market strategies. AWS or Cloud Service Provider experience is also required.
