Key responsibilities include crafting designs, ensuring design consistency, improving user experience, and working with the design team. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and a portfolio showcasing their design work. * **OUTsurance Broker (Gqeberha):** This on-site position focuses on growing the business insurance portfolio by selling personal and commercial lines. The role requires prospecting and canvassing for new business sales. Candidates need to have a self-starter and entrepreneur mindset, strong business acumen, and sales experience. * **Call Centre Learnership (12 Months):** This on-site, 12-month learnership program offers unemployed youth work experience in a call center environment. The program provides the opportunity to gain experience in the Financial and Insurance industry. The successful applicant will receive a stipend. The roles at OUTsurance require experience and proficiency in various technologies, depending on the position: * **Senior Designer:** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and HTML coding and After Effects experience (advantageous). * **OUTsurance Broker:** Requires the use of self-starter, Entrepreneur Mindset, Business Acumen, Communication, Analytical Skills, Numerical Skills, Team Supervisory Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Relationship Management Skills, Presentation Skills, Resilience, Flexibility, Influential Communication, Creative Thinking, Discretion, Judgment. * **Call Centre Learnership:** Requires Interpersonal Skills, Initiative, Professional Engagement, Adaptability, Multitasking, Stress Management, Communication Skills, Self-Motivation, Desire to Learn, Basic Computer Literacy. The Senior Designer and OUTsurance Broker roles are on-site positions.
