Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter):** This remote position involves managing end-to-end recruiting, sourcing potential Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), conducting initial candidate outreach and screening calls, communicating with candidates, taking detailed notes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Candidates must have strong spoken and written English at a C1 Advanced level, with knowledge of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) field preferred. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is required, along with excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. The hours are full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00-5 EST. **2. Candidates need strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with CRM software, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is preferred. The hours are full-time, Monday – Friday 9-5 EST.
