Outsourced CFO has three open positions. 1. **Accountant:** This on-site role involves responsibilities such as ensuring the accuracy of loan draw-down repayment calculations, balance sheet reconciliations, generating invoices, customer payment allocations, preparing and loading debit orders, managing unpaid obligations, resolving customer queries, and performing various accounting functions. The role requires a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Accounting as a major and Finance as a subject, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Experience with loans, leases, and amortizations is also needed. 2. **Tax Accountant - FTC:** This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position based in Pretoria, requiring on-site work. The Tax Accountant will ensure tax compliance for a multinational group, handling backlogs in income tax returns and transfer pricing compliance. Key responsibilities include submitting or amending historical income tax returns, resolving tax authority queries, managing tax projects, overseeing consultants, calculating income and deferred tax, and reporting. A BComm degree is required, and a Post Graduate qualification in Tax is highly preferred. Registration with SAIT, SAIPA, ACCA, SAIBA, AGA(SA) or CA(SA) is also required. 3. **Design & Marketing Assistant:** This on-site position supports digital marketing and content initiatives for the OCFO brand family. Responsibilities include designing website and collateral assets, managing social media content, scheduling content, supporting case study and newsletter formatting, and providing event administration support. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with 1-3 years' experience in a design/marketing role.
