The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of field sales experience within the beauty industry, with at least 2 years in a Regional Sales Manager role. Experience with Ulta and Nordstrom is required. * **Senior Manager, Education & Events:** This hybrid role offers a salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 USD. The Senior Manager will develop and scale education content and event programming for key retail partners. Responsibilities include evolving the education strategy, developing retailer-specific education programming, creating and maintaining education content and selling tools, managing the LMS platform, hosting and delivering trainings, building and managing focus calendars, leading event workflows, developing event toolkits, and supporting event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of education and event program management experience on the brand/HQ side. Direct experience working with Ulta and Nordstrom is required. * **Senior Manager, Education & Events:** This hybrid role offers a salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 USD. The Senior Manager will develop and scale education content and event programming for key retail partners.
