The CSM will act as a strategic partner for global maritime leaders. Responsibilities include driving adoption, growth, and long-term success for the Smart Containers line of business. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years in Customer Success, Management Consulting, Value Engineering, Business Analysis, or similar strategic client-facing roles. Experience managing enterprise accounts in maritime supply chain, container logistics, or IoT/SaaS sectors is required. * **Customer Success Manager:** This remote role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Success Manager will build relationships with clients. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role. Strong consultative, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are required. The role also includes periodic travel for customer engagement. The roles involve using the following technologies: Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, System Integration, SaaS, IoT, Cloud Services, APIs, Data Models, Networking, Enterprise IT, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Maritime, Salesforce, and CRM platforms. ORBCOMM offers both remote and hybrid work arrangements.
