The Clinical Research Associate I develops strong clinical site relationships and is accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols at sites. Travel requirements are up to 75%. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in the clinical research field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The roles require proficiency or knowledge in the following: Clinical Research, Site Management, Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance, Data Integrity, Attention to Detail, Communication, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Protocol Understanding, GCP Compliance, CTMS, EDC, Ophthalmic Experience, and Multilingual Communication.
