Preferred locations include CA, CO, UT, NV, NE, KS, MO, IL, IN, KY, TN, and OH. The Senior Clinical Research Associate develops strong clinical site relationships and is accountable for performance and compliance with assigned protocols at sites. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate or equivalent. * **Clinical Research Associate I:** This role is within the Monitoring department. The Clinical Research Associate I develops strong clinical site relationships and is accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols at sites. Travel requirements are up to 75%. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in the clinical research field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The roles require proficiency or knowledge in the following: Clinical Research, Site Management, Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance, Data Integrity, Attention to Detail, Communication, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Protocol Understanding, GCP Compliance, CTMS, EDC, Ophthalmic Experience, and Multilingual Communication.
