Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), at least four years of experience as a Case Manager, at least three years’ experience working with marginalized or underserved populations, and at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders. Bilingual skills are preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation, and be able to clear a Level I Background check through the Department of Corrections. **OCYT Mental Health Therapist:** A full-time, on-site Mental Health Therapist position is available in Orlando, FL. This role is part of the Community Violence Intervention (CVI) Initiative. The Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health services to clients ages 5-25 within the Orlando Kidz Zones and My Brothers (MBK) Orlando programs, including triage assessments and individual/group therapy. The therapist will host workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This position reports to the Mental Health Services Supervisor, Central Florida. Candidates must have a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or a related field, or be licensed as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, or be a RCSWI in the State of Florida seeking their LCSW licensure. At least one year of experience working with a marginalized or challenged population, and at least two years of experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating substance use disorders is required. Bilingual skills are also required, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. **Intake Specialist:** Operation New Hope, Inc is also hiring for a full-time, on-site Intake Specialist in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Intake Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients. Key responsibilities include providing information about the Ready4Work Program, completing an Intake Questionnaire, completing data entry, and following up on necessary documentation. The Intake Specialist will also conduct background checks and refer ineligible candidates to other community partners. The position reports to the Site Manager. Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and 2-3 years of customer service, clerical, or administrative experience. Experience working with marginalized or underserved populations is preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and be able to clear a Level I Background check through the Department of Corrections.
