The available roles include: * **Staff Software Engineer:** This role is for an entrepreneurial individual with experience building a business. Responsibilities include radically increasing company output using AI and strong systems thinking, shipping critical product features, setting a high technical and talent bar, and operating with founder-level ownership and intensity. The hiring process includes interviews with Imani, Head of People & Talent; Mary, Co-CEO & Co-Founder; live tasks with the leadership team; a final interview with Mary & Paddy, Founders; and a paid trial day. * **Senior Software Engineer:** This role is for an entrepreneurial individual with experience building a business. Responsibilities include radically increasing company output using AI and strong systems thinking, shipping critical product features, setting a high technical and talent bar, and operating with founder-level ownership and intensity. The hiring process includes interviews with Imani, Head of People & Talent; Mary, Co-CEO & Co-Founder; live tasks with the leadership team; a final interview with Mary & Paddy, Founders; and a paid trial day. * **Software Engineer:** This position is for a sharp, ambitious engineer early in their career. The engineer will work closely with senior engineers and product leaders to scope, build, test, and iterate on features. A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a full-stack or backend engineer is required, along with experience using AI tools. The hiring process includes a 50-minute test, an intro with Imani, Head of People & Talent; a live code review; and final interviews with Mary & Paddy, Founders.
