Key responsibilities include securing unrestricted grants and funding for new programs. The salary range for this full-time, exempt position of 37.5 hours per week is $172,765 - $194,605 USD. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of development experience and manage a foundation fundraising program. **Summer 2026 State Child Care Policy Internship:** This is a summer internship for undergraduate students to support the Child Care & Early Learning team's state policy and advocacy work. The intern will conduct research, draft materials, attend meetings, and perform other tasks as needed. The position starts June 1, 2026, and ends August 7, 2026. The intern will be paid an hourly rate of $17.95 per hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt, 37.5 hours per week position. The internship is open to those located in DC, MD, VA, NJ, PA, IL, NY, or CT.
