Specific locations with openings include: * Sanford, NC / Lee County (remote) * Clemson, SC / Pickens and Anderson Counties (on-site) * Bentonville, AR / Benton County (on-site) * Reidsville, NC / Rockingham County (on-site) * Lexington, SC / Lexington County (on-site) * Franklin, NC / Macon County (remote) * Hazelhurst, MS / Copiah County (on-site) * Clarksdale, MS / Coahoma County (on-site) * Forrest City, AR / St. Francis Co. (on-site) * Ash Flat, AR / Sharp Co. (on-site) The Drive-By Occupancy Inspector roles utilize the following technologies: Property Inspection, Photography, Mobile App Usage, Form Filling. Additional skills include Occupancy Determination, Condition Rating, Transportation, Background Check, Smartphone Proficiency, Printer Access, Desktop Usage, Data Entry, and Communication. The available positions offer a variety of work arrangements. Some positions are listed as remote, while others are on-site. The remote positions are in Sanford, NC and Franklin, NC. On-site positions are available in Clemson, SC; Bentonville, AR; Reidsville, NC; Lexington, SC; Hazelhurst, MS; Clarksdale, MS; Forrest City, AR; and Ash Flat, AR. **What are the main responsibilities of a Drive-By Occupancy Inspector?** Drive-By Occupancy Inspectors are responsible for determining if a property is occupied or vacant, rating the property's condition, taking photos, filling out forms on a mobile app, and answering multiple-choice questions about the property. **What are the requirements for this role?** Requirements include passing a criminal background check, having dependable transportation, a smartphone (Android or iPhone), and access to a printer/scanner and a desktop/laptop or tablet. **What type of transportation is needed?** Dependable transportation is required, with good gas mileage being a plus. **Is this position for contractors?** Yes, these positions are based on 1099 contractor work. **How is income determined?** Income is based on area and volume.
