Mixlab is currently hiring for three positions: * **Licensing Specialist - PART TIME (Remote):** This remote position reports to the Quality Manager and involves overseeing pharmacy licensing and compounding-specific licenses across states. Responsibilities include managing initial and renewal filings for pharmacy and business permits, maintaining regulatory updates, licensing calendars, and detail-focused documentation, and communicating with team members. Requirements include paralegal experience (Bachelor's + 1yr paralegal experience; or Associate's + 2 yrs; or HS Diploma + 4 yrs), licensing experience and understanding of healthcare and pharmacy regulations, strong document drafting, compliance evaluation, project/time management, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical thinking. The hourly rate is between $23 - $25. * **Pharmacist (On-site):** This on-site position requires working in the New York pharmacy and involves ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include ensuring performance of the pharmacy meets goals & expectations, answering workflow and pharmacy questions, ensuring the smooth flow of orders, guiding staff pharmacists, ensuring compliance with regulatory & licensing requirements, supporting and coordinating with the Pharmacy Manager, and overseeing compound pharmaceutical preparations in the lab. The role requires a licensed certified pharmacist in NY with formal training in non-sterile compounding or equivalent experience and 2+ years of experience in non-sterile compounding. The hourly rate is between $60 - $65. The role includes working day and evening shifts for up to 40 hours per week and 2 Saturdays per month. * **Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Part Time (On-site):** This part-time on-site position in Florida involves preparing orders for customers and ensuring the smooth operation of Mixlab's FL pharmacy. Responsibilities include preparing orders, ensuring accuracy of patient information, handling customer interactions, keeping accurate records, and maintaining an organized work area. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience working as a pharmacy technician in a compounding pharmacy. The hourly rate is between $22 - $26.
