The responsibilities include managing event elements with all departments and vendors, overseeing events from load-in through load-out, inspecting areas, anticipating problems and developing solutions, understanding union policies, monitoring performance of back of house staff, critiquing venue procedures, preparing estimates and tracking final settlement, creating event layouts, obtaining permits, and assisting in training Event Coordinators. The qualifications for the Event Manager position include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred), a minimum of 2 years of experience in a venue or high-volume customer service industry, and the ability to work irregular hours. * **Team Attendant - Wisconsin Herd:** This is a part-time (seasonal), non-exempt position located in Oshkosh, WI. The pay for this role is $10.00/hour. The Team Attendant reports to the General Manager. Team Attendants will assist basketball staff, front office staff, and trainers. The responsibilities include attending all home preseason, regular season, and playoff games, assisting with public events, setting up and tearing down game equipment, safe transportation of visiting teams’ luggage, providing for the needs of NBA officials, assisting with in-house game events, replacing and stocking refreshments, performing assigned courtside game duties, keeping facilities presentable, and placing seat covers. Qualifications include being 16 years of age or older, and being able to work a flexible schedule, mainly nights and weekend hours. * **50/50 RAFFLE SELLERS:** These are part-time, hourly, non-exempt positions. The pay is $14/hr. 50/50 Sellers report to the Director, Corporate Social Responsibility, and will be located at Fiserv Forum. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell 50/50 raffle tickets to fans at all Milwaukee Bucks home games.
