Qualifications include 6 – 8 + years of experience in facilities and/or real estate management, strong working knowledge of building systems and facilities compliance, experience managing vendors and contractors, a hands-on operational mindset, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%. * **Director of Total Rewards:** This on-site role is also based in Boston, MA.
