Responsibilities include owning facilities operations, serving as the primary onsite facilities lead, managing building systems, leading preventative maintenance programs, managing contractors and vendors, leading real estate and facilities initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders, owning relationships with landlords, ensuring compliance, conducting site inspections, managing site security protocols, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications include 6 – 8 + years of experience in facilities and/or real estate management, strong working knowledge of building systems and facilities compliance, experience managing vendors and contractors, a hands-on operational mindset, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%. * **Director of Total Rewards:** This on-site role is also based in Boston, MA. This position involves defining and executing a total rewards strategy, advising executive leadership on compensation, equity, and rewards, owning compensation architecture, leading annual compensation planning, designing and administering equity programs, ensuring compliance, overseeing benefits strategy, managing benefits vendors, establishing governance, leading rewards analytics, working with the CPO, and building and leading a total rewards team. Requirements include 8–12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR disciplines, experience leading total rewards programs in a software, technology, or product-driven environment, deep expertise in compensation design, equity programs, and benefits strategy, strong business and financial acumen, experience supporting executive leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of relevant employment and compensation regulations, and excellent communication skills.
