The role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, producing high-quality castings for the mining industry. Applicants must be committed to creating a safe work environment, adhere to high-performance standards, and be able to work in a hot environment. The position requires the ability to work shiftwork and overtime. * **Melting Operations Engineer (Melt Tower):** This on-site position is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily operations within the Melting and Pouring departments. This role focuses on safe, efficient furnace operation, process control, quality compliance, and effective utilization of personnel and resources. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Materials Science Engineering and 1–3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment are required.
