This role requires the ability to implement and encourage child development, including English language acquisition, and a variety of additional responsibilities as detailed above. This role has similar qualifications to the above position. * **TEACHER HS**: This on-site role requires the Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment for children and their parents. The Teacher develops and implements individual educational plans for children to ensure they are school ready. Responsibilities include supervising children, establishing a positive classroom climate, guiding behavior, planning learning experiences, and adapting lesson plans. Required qualifications include an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in child development or early childhood education, or equivalent coursework, and a preference for two years of experience with preschool-aged children.
