Lyst currently has three open positions available: * **Head of Infrastructure:** This hybrid role reports to the VP of Data & Infrastructure and involves leading a 5-person team focused on Platform Engineering and IT Support. Key responsibilities include setting the technical roadmap, owning the design and operation of foundational infrastructure (AWS, EKS, CI/CD, Observability), overseeing security and compliance, managing the team, and leading operational excellence. This role involves strategic thinking, communication skills, and hands-on experience in security frameworks and data compliance. * **Partnerships Content Creator:** This hybrid role supports the planning and delivery of partner content across Lyst-owned channels. The role involves creating and delivering contracted partner content across editorial, social, and newsletters. Responsibilities include translating partnership briefs into content plans, tracking and reporting on content performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should be highly organized, experienced in creating sponsored content, have strong copywriting skills, and be knowledgeable about fashion and cultural trends. Experience with social media trends, editing tools, and Photoshop is also desired. * **Partner Acquisition Executive:** This hybrid role focuses on onboarding new affiliate partners. Responsibilities include qualifying and managing inbound inquiries, proactively reaching out to new partners, nurturing relationships with affiliate networks, and understanding affiliate processes. Candidates should have a background in sales and/or account management, proven ability to handle objections, and a strong commercial understanding of the fashion and e-commerce landscape.
