Lovehoney Group is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role requires partnering with the Director of FP&A to focus on budgeting, reforecasting, and influencing commercial decision-making through financial analysis. Responsibilities include providing insightful reporting and analysis, building and maintaining reporting tools, contributing within the FP&A system, and delivering commercial insights to stakeholders. Qualified candidates should possess a qualified accountant designation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in an international company under IFRS, retail, or FP&A is beneficial, along with proficiency in FP&A tools, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), advanced Excel, and SQL-based reporting tools (e.g., BigQuery, Power BI). Lovehoney Group seeks a Senior Product Owner – NetSuite to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of their NetSuite OneWorld ecosystem. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to prioritize and deliver system enhancements, manage a prioritized backlog, and guide customisations and integrations. Candidates should possess a degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a focus on NetSuite. Expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and a solid understanding of financial, operational, and supply chain processes are required. Lovehoney Group is looking for a Junior Project Manager. This role will support PIM data administration, including maintaining and validating Excel files, applying data governance rules, and providing project support. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a commercial company and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use AI tools, alongside good communication skills.
