The Compliance Specialist reviews and approves new tenant certification files, reviews annual tenant re-certifications, provides program compliance support, assists with EIV training, maintains accuracy of COL submissions, reviews voucher requests and Tenant data, assists with monthly TRACS transmissions, maintains document libraries, assists with compiling utility data, and assists with delivering compliance training activities. This role requires three to five years of equivalent professional training experience, preferably in the affordable housing industry. Additional professional certification in tax credit or Section 8 compliance is required. Travel of 50% is required for this position. * **Maintenance Technician:** This on-site position assists the Maintenance Supervisor in attending to the property's maintenance needs and completing Make-Readys. The Maintenance Technician processes resident service requests, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, masonry, and landscaping items. Additional duties include performing preventative maintenance, performing turnover of apartments, maintaining common areas and grounds, and identifying and handling maintenance problems. This position includes on-call responsibilities. Requirements include being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Two or more years of experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
