Lockstep Technology Group has three open positions available: * **Lead Pre-Construction Engineer – AV & Low Voltage:** This on-site role focuses on supporting new construction and renovation projects through cost estimating, technical design development, and pre-construction planning. The Lead Pre-Construction Engineer will be responsible for developing cost estimates, reviewing drawings, designing AV and low-voltage solutions, and collaborating with various teams. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating and solution architecture for commercial projects is required. * **Benefits Specialist:** This on-site position involves processing enrollments, providing support to employees regarding benefits, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include benefits administration, total rewards support, compliance and documentation, and open enrollment support. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related role. * **Director of Managed Services:** This on-site role leads the Managed Services teams, driving consistent and scalable client support operations. This position manages service delivery, client success, team development, and financial management. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services with a strong emphasis on managed services delivery is required.
