The company is currently hiring for three positions. livingHR has three open positions available: * **Portfolio Manager:** This on-site, full-time role reports to the Chief Investment Officer in the Investment Services department. The position is located in Lee County (Sanibel, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs). CFA, CFP, CPA, MBA, or commensurate professional accreditations are preferred. * **Human Resources Director:** This hybrid position is based in the Tampa-Bay area and requires some travel to the office locations. This role involves leading all strategic and tactical aspects of the HR function. Responsibilities include managing payroll operations, overseeing employee relations, providing coaching to leaders and staff, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, leading employee benefits programs, administering leave programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing HR strategies, supporting M&A activities, and designing and implementing performance evaluation systems. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, hands-on experience managing payroll operations, and extensive knowledge of employment law, leave management, and HR compliance. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution is required, along with experience with mergers, acquisitions, and organization integration, coaching managers, and conducting leadership development. Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion are also required. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between locations are necessary. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications, and experience in a multi-unit or multi-site organization are considered nice-to-haves. * **Client Services Administrator:** This on-site, full-time role reports to the SVP, Director of Operations in Lee County. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and their professional advisors, maintaining accounts using trust accounting software, preparing new account paperwork, setting up disbursements, processing cash additions, performing trust administration services, ensuring timely execution of duties, satisfying compliance requirements, assisting with audits, supporting tax reporting processes, and reviewing daily reports. A Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of experience working directly with high-net-worth clients, proficiency with Adobe and Excel, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are required. An understanding of fiduciary law is preferred.
