LiveOnNY is currently hiring for three open positions. **Senior Director, Human Resources:** This in-office role has a salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 USD. The Senior Director of Human Resources will develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, overseeing HR operations and technology, talent management, compliance and risk management, and compensation and benefits. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Experience in healthcare or an OPO environment is strongly preferred. **Talent Acquisition Specialist / Human Resource Generalist:** This in-office position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 USD. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting LiveOnNY's hiring process. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or at least three years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role is required. **Surgical Recovery Coordinator:** This in-office position has a salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 USD. Surgical Recovery Coordinators coordinate organ recovery and preservation procedures. They also provide equipment and supplies, perform surgical/OR techniques, and maintain the organ preservation lab. Qualifications include an MD, RN, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Surgical Technician. One to two years of related experience and/or training is preferred. Knowledge of surgical aseptic technique and the ability to work in a sterile operating room setting is required. The ability to travel within the Greater New York service area is necessary.
