LIFE Pittsburgh currently has three open positions: * **Center Aide (Greentree, Allegheny Center, & McKees Rocks):** This on-site position involves assisting participants with personal care and social needs at an Adult Day Health Center. Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, and van assistance, completing documentation, completing laundry, disinfecting surfaces and equipment, stocking supplies, escorting participants to appointments, and assisting the dietary and activity departments. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population. This is a Monday-Friday shift, 8 am-4:30 pm. * **Healthcare Operations Manager:** This on-site position, which offers a salary range of $55,000 - $68,750 USD, involves day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities, in collaboration with the Center Administrator. The Operations Manager coordinates care for LIFE Pittsburgh participants, ensuring services meet quality standards, participating in IDT meetings, and assisting in team development. They will also participate in budget monitoring, quality program participation, staff evaluations, and training development. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle for travel, and experience working with the geriatric population, with prior management experience preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care facility or setting is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a health care-related field (a Master’s degree is strongly preferred). * **Housekeeper:** This on-site position, offering a salary range of $17-$21 USD per hour, focuses on assisting frail elderly participants in their homes. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized environment, providing laundry services, and general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience providing direct care within the Elderly/Frail population. Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is preferred.
