Landsec has three open positions available: * **Community Co-ordinator:** This hybrid role involves delivering a welcoming and well-managed environment for customers, visitors, and guests. Key responsibilities include customer service, community engagement, building walk-throughs, and administrative support. The salary is up to £30,500 per annum. Flexibility is required, including some evening and weekend shifts based on building or customer needs. The role will be based in one of three FLEX workspace locations in MediaCity. * **Workplace Support Assistant:** This on-site role is based primarily in London Victoria. The position provides support to the workplace team at Cardinal Place. Responsibilities include operational tasks, property records management, correspondence production, customer surveys, and permit management. * **Retail Manager - FTC:** This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Retail Manager will be the first point of contact for retailers and food & beverage operators. The role involves driving sales, building relationships, and optimizing performance. Landsec uses various digital tools and platforms.
