This individual will be responsible for owning post-sale customer success, helping customers integrate Krea into their workflows, driving product adoption, communicating new feature updates, tracking usage and customer signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and sharing customer feedback. Candidates should have experience in Customer Success or Account Management, a creative background, a strong understanding of creative workflows, and a product-focused mindset. **3. Head of Partnerships (Fintech):** Krea is seeking a Head of Partnerships for a hybrid role. This individual will own and develop all lender relationships. Responsibilities include leading negotiations on pricing, terms, incentives, and commercial structures. This role requires building long-term, trust-based relationships with lenders. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, a strong negotiator, structured, proactive, and results-oriented. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with Finnish a strong plus. The role is expected to be based at the Stockholm office at least four days per week. The roles at Krea involve various technologies. The Product Designer role will utilize UI Design, UX Design, Figma, Design Systems, User Flows, Interaction Patterns, and AI Creative Tools.
