Kiln is actively hiring for three positions: * **Finance Intern:** This on-site role involves working with the finance team on various responsibilities, including member billing and project expense management. The intern will gain experience in accounting and finance and will be exposed to high-level decision-makers. The After-Hours Experience Associate acts as the "face" of Kiln on an on-call basis, with working hours varying between 0-10 hours a week. The role involves assisting with after-hours events, ensuring events run smoothly, and assisting guests with any inquiries or issues. Key responsibilities include greeting team members, members, and guests; serving as a point of contact for event attendees; assisting with audio-visual equipment setup; providing customer service; providing feedback for improvements; and participating in event cleanup. * **Design Operations Manager:** This on-site position focuses on the day-to-day operational planning, coordination, and delivery of Kiln’s interior design projects across multiple locations. The Design Operations Manager will coordinate with the design team, project management, construction partners, and the wider Kiln business. The role is a hands-on leadership position enabling the design team to do their best work by managing workload, process, communication, and information. Responsibilities include managing the design team workload, allocating tasks, tracking deadlines, serving as a liaison with project management and construction teams, coordinating design reviews, and ensuring designs meet Kiln’s brand and operational standards. Kiln utilizes a variety of technologies. The Finance Intern role requires experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Xero, Stripe, OfficeRnD, and Procore. The After-Hours Experience Associate position requires proficient basic computer skills. The Design Operations Manager role requires project management skills, including documentation, process management, and quality assurance. Kiln offers on-site work arrangements for all three currently open positions. The Finance Intern will be based on-site. The After-Hours Experience Associate will be on-call with varying hours per week. The Design Operations Manager will also work on-site.
