Specialized certifications (Barre, Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba, Cycling) are preferred. This is an on-site position. Full-time, variable full-time, and regular part-time employees are eligible for a 20% discount on recreation program registration fees and facility rental fees and receive paid time-off and ten paid holidays. **Personal Trainer:** The Personal Trainer is responsible for planning and conducting effective, appropriate, safe, and enjoyable training sessions. This position requires a minimum of 1 years’ experience in personal training. CPR certification and a nationally recognized Personal Training certification (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, AAAI) are required. A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, and five years of progressive human resources experience are required. Certification as Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional is preferred. This is an on-site position.
