InspiriTec has three open positions available: * **ASC Customer Care Representative - IPPS-A (Fort Knox) Onsite:** This on-site position in Fort Knox requires the successful applicant to comply with federal contractor vaccine mandate requirements. Responsibilities include assisting soldiers, veterans, and their families with HR issues, receiving inquiries via phone, email, or hard copy regarding HR concerns. Job duties involve communication, time management, handling inquiries, following protocol with confidential information, gathering information, and efficient data entry. The position requires the ability to work one of three shift options: Monday - Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm, Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm, or Tuesday - Friday, 8:30am to 7:00pm. Education requirements include a High school Diploma/GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and an understanding of military concepts and procedures is required. A Public Trust/NA CLC security clearance will be needed, with InspiriTec assisting with costs. * **DMDC Tier 1 Customer Service Rep - DSO Texas (remote):** This remote position requires candidates to reside in Texas. Responsibilities involve supporting Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) beneficiaries, utilizing DMDC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and DMDC Knowledge Base documents. The job duties include responding to customer inquiries, decision-making, clear communication, determining customer needs, researching and processing inquiries and complaints via telephone or Fax Server. The shift for this role is Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00pm est. A high school diploma or GED is needed for this position. This role also requires the ability to obtain RAPIDS Certification, which will be provided as part of the on-boarding process. A Public Trust/NA CLC security clearance is required. * **ASC Team Lead - HR (Fort Knox Onsite):** This on-site HR Team Lead role requires the ability to assist the Customer Care Representatives (CCR). The HR Team Lead will assist the management team in their goals. This role requires the candidate to assist soldiers, veterans, retirees, and the Army family. The role also requires the ability to monitor team members, and ensure the attendance policy is adhered to. The required shift for this position is 9:30am to 6:00pm est. The education requirements include a High school Diploma/GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and an understanding of military concepts and procedures. Eligibility to obtain NACI security clearance required. The following skills are needed for the current positions: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy, Problem Solving, and Multi-tasking. The ASC Customer Care Representative also requires Computer Literacy, Research Skills, Sensitivity, Discretion, and Empathy. The ASC Team Lead additionally requires proficiency with Avaya phone systems, Microsoft Outlook, Soldier Management System, and all Microsoft Office programs. The available positions offer both on-site and remote work arrangements. The ASC Customer Care Representative and the HR Team Lead roles are based on-site in Fort Knox.
