The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW on multiple alloys. Fabrication experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to regularly sit, stand, lift, turn, and walk in a machine shop environment. A commitment to safety is crucial, and candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen. * **Control Valve Product Engineer:** This on-site role focuses on contributing to business growth in AL, MS, GA, LA, and FL. The Product Engineer will be the direct point of contact for the control valve manufacturer, identifying customer needs, reviewing customer specifications, and presenting creative solutions. They will utilize factory sizing programs, quote prices, maintain customer records using CRM systems (HubSpot), prepare and enter orders into ERP systems (NetSuite), collaborate with the sales team, provide sales forecasts, and serve as a technical resource. Requirements include strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, good communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, reliability, and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. Prior field experience with control valves is encouraged.
