Strong organizational and communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for this role. **Agency Trainee:** IAG is seeking entry-level candidates for their Agency Training Program, located in Los Angeles. This on-site program is for individuals who aspire to become Agents in the Entertainment Industry. Trainees will support Agents and Assistants in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with technology. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is preferred but not required. The roles at IAG utilize various technologies. These include organization, scheduling, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Agency Trainees must be comfortable with technology.
