Candidates must possess a 9-level / Superintendent qualification or equivalent in either a 2S Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) (Materiel Management) or a 92A Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) (Automated Logistical Specialist). The position requires demonstrated knowledge of Materiel Management Operations (MMO), with a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, materiel management, or a similar DoD environment. Duties include cutting grass, operating grounds equipment, maintaining equipment, performing minor repairs, trimming, pruning, spraying fertilizers and insecticides, planting, watering, removing litter and snow, and repairing various structures. The position requires knowledge of landscaping and minor repairs, as well as the ability to operate small equipment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and a valid motor vehicle operator's license. The roles require skills in various areas.
