The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 5-7 years of general contracting experience and healthcare construction experience. * **Technician:** This is an on-site position. The Technician will support jobsite organization and cleaning, material and heavy equipment handling, and safety support systems. The role requires the ability to use construction and maintenance tools, assist in heavy equipment operation, and follow safety procedures. Industry experience of 1 to 3 years is preferred. * **Doors, Frame, and Hardware Technician:** This on-site position is similar to the Technician role. The Technician will support jobsite organization and cleaning, material and heavy equipment handling, and safety support systems. The role requires the ability to use construction and maintenance tools, assist in heavy equipment operation, and follow safety procedures. Industry experience of 1 to 3 years is preferred. The roles at Hourigan involve a range of technologies and skills. Project management, construction management, and healthcare construction are key for the Healthcare Project Manager position. Technicians will utilize construction tools and may work with heavy equipment. All positions emphasize safety procedures and team collaboration. Specific software experience, such as Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam, is preferred for the Healthcare Project Manager role.
