Bookkeeping experience in restaurant or hospitality for 1-2 years is required. * **Kitchen Team Member (Line Cook):** This on-site position reports to the Kitchen Manager or Assistant General Manager. The Kitchen Team Member provides guests with an exceptional experience by implementing HomeState’s standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. With base rate plus tip share expect to earn $24-$28 per hour. The Kitchen Team Member should be personable and enjoys working with people. A valid Food Handlers Certification Card is required. * **Kitchen Team Lead:** This on-site position reports to the Kitchen Manager or Assistant General Manager. The Kitchen Team Lead assists with leading day-to-day operations and supporting team members. The base rate is currently projected to be $19.50 per hour, and with tip share it is reasonable to expect to earn $23-$25 per hour. Kitchen Team Lead candidates must have 1-2 years experience in a professional restaurant kitchen and have a valid Food Handlers Certification Card.
