Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. **Insurance Coordinator:** This full-time, on-site position focuses on insurance coordination and general office duties. The responsibilities include corresponding with insurance companies, monitoring and following up on claims, assisting with claims submission, handling insurance inquiries, documenting insurance information, and identifying patients with financial concerns. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) options. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior dental insurance coordination experience. Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus. **Hygiene Assistant:** Hill Country Dental Center is seeking an outgoing Hygiene Assistant to join the team. This full-time, on-site role involves patient preparation, taking and developing dental X-rays, maintaining patient records, proficiently using dental software, and cleaning and sterilizing instruments. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing records, handling billing, and processing payments. The work schedule is Monday - Friday. The candidate must be a team player, have communication skills, and the ability to calm anxious patients. 1+ years of prior experience in a dental setting is highly preferred.
